Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout when applicable. We may correct errors, reject fraudulent or abusive orders, limit quantities, or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Made-to-order fulfillment

Our apparel is produced on demand by Printful after an order is placed. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Thread Your Voice name, artwork, designs, photographs, product text, and site content are owned by or licensed to Thread Your Voice. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, or commercially use this content without written permission.

Third-party services

Our store uses services provided by Shopify, payment processors, Printful, shipping carriers, and other providers. Their services can be subject to separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Thread Your Voice is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
