Made to order

Thread Your Voice products are made on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Most orders are produced within 2-5 business days before shipping. Production can take longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand.

Shipping times and rates

Shipping time is added after production and varies by destination, product size, and service level. The available shipping options, current prices, and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. If a package is returned or must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Delayed or lost packages

Carrier delays can occur after an order leaves production. If the estimated delivery date has passed, contact hello@threadyourvoice.com with your order number. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
