Shipping policy

United States shipping only

Thread Your Voice currently ships only to addresses in the United States. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States are not accepted at this time.

Made to order

Our products are made on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Most orders are produced within 2-6 business days before shipping. Production can take longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand.

Shipping times and rates

Free Standard Shipping is available for United States orders and typically takes 3-5 business days after production. Express Shipping is available for $15 and typically takes 1-2 business days after production. Shipping estimates are not guarantees, and express shipping does not shorten the production period.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate United States address. Orders cannot be changed after they have been submitted for production. Additional shipping charges may apply when a package must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

Carrier delays can occur after an order leaves production. Contact hello@threadyourvoice.com with your order number if the estimated delivery date has passed, tracking appears stalled, or your package arrives damaged. Report damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Once the issue is verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
