We currently ship only within the United States.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because every item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or buyer error. Please review the product description and size guide before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact hello@threadyourvoice.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
